REICO mortgage financing program
We have mortgage brokers available that can get those ‘impossible’ deals financed. (Due to the current state of the economy, credit markets, new rules and regulations not every deal can be funded.)
REICO apprenticeship program
Similar to one on one mentoring, however you will be put into groups where you will be working and learning with each other under a mentor. (Subject to the availability of the minimum number of participants.)

Private Deals
T
hese deals are not listed on the MLS (www.realtor.ca) and the purchase price can usually can be negotiated below market value. They are on sale by ‘motivated sellers’, not available for long and are highly sought after by real estate investors.
Exclusive MLS Deals
These deals are brokered through realtors but not listed on the MLS (www.realtor.ca) because of the vendors’ desire to keep the sale a private matter. These opportunities do not occur frequently but can be cash flowing and/or below market prices.
Buyers for your assigned properties
REICO actively searches for real estate investors who are looking for below market value properties that also have a net positive monthly cash flow. If a property is under contract (the due diligence is completed) and you wish to assign it we can match you with the investor that is looking for that specific property.
Joint Venture Partners
If you want to invest in real estate but lack the time, experience or funds to pursue your real estate endeavours we can introduce you to other individuals who have what you need so that you both can invest in real estate in a joint venture partnership. We highly recommend that you seek legal advice if you enter into any joint venture arrangement.
Private Money and alternate source of financing
REICO actively searches for various sources of financing for real estate transactions including but not limited to bank financing, ‘non’ bank financing and private money. These sources are available to members and registered users.
FSBI (For Sale by Investor) PROPERTY LISTINGS
REICO specializes in finding real estate properties that can be used to generate cash flow, flipped for profit or have built-in equity. Those properties that do not meet our criteria will not be considered. Suitable properties will be listed in our property database for investors to pursue. We are not realtors and these properties will not be brokered through us for a commission.
FSBI (For Sale by Investor) MEMBERS ONLY SPECIAL REQUESTS
REICO specializes in finding real estate properties that can be used to generate cash flow, flipped for profit or have built-in equity. If a member submits a request that they are looking for a specific property then we will convey that request to our network. Our network consists of private sellers, wholesalers, real estate investors, realtors and builders.

Real estate contacts in other cities
One of REICO’s goals is to connect with every real estate investor in Ontario (as well as Canada). If an investor wishes to find real estate investors in a certain city we will contact the sought after investor and notify them of your request. It will be up to that investor if they wish to be contacted by phone, email, through us, a social networking site or not at all.

We are always searching for experienced and skilled real estate professionals to help support our real estate investors. If we have these invaluable professionals identified in your city we will provide you with their contact information.
Face to Face network meetings
We will schedule and strive to maintain regular real estate investing meetings. Monitor our Events Calendar for the meeting dates. REICO supports real estate investors by helping them to find and fund real estate opportunities. The Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are intended to help facilitate and expedite real estate investors’ goals. Moreover, the package price may not include every item listed because they are subject to availability (i.e. cash flowing properties, suitable joint venture partners, etc.) But we will try our best to ensure that every item in each package is available. However, the individual results of each investor will be impacted by the real estate markets, the effort taken by each investor, the compatibility of joint venture partners and the credit rating of each investor. The face to face meetings in any given city will commence once a minimum of 20 investors in that city become members. REICO will strive to sponsor a meeting every 2 months but may have to reschedule a meeting in the summer or due to weather conditions, unforeseen events or at the discretion of REICO management.
